ORDERING PROCESS
Orders are processed every 72 hours. On Fridays, If your
order was placed after 10:00 am on or on a weekend or holiday,
such order will be processed on the next processing day.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products sold by Shewalk wedge sandals are ideally available
for courier pickup and consolidation within 72 hours after
the order has been processed and approved. If your order
is not available within half that time or is out-of-stock,
Shewalk will notify you by email if and when the item will
be available. If your order is approved, you will be notified
by email at the email address you provided when you registered
as a member or when you purchased at Shewalk. If you wish
to inquire about the status of your order, please contact
Shewalk wedge sandals by email.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shewalk wedge sandals ships ordered goods through DHL or
Philippine Postal Service. DHL or Philippine Postal Service
reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted
from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations
of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under DHL
or Philippine Postal Service Conditions of Contract apply
on packages shipped through them, respectively. Orders are
normally dispatched 72 hours after they were processed. For
orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination, please
allow up to two to three days from process date for delivery.
For international orders, standard delivery schedules of
DHL or Philippine Postal Service apply. Shewalk does not
assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any
damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential,
arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by
DHL nor Philippine Postal Service or its special courier.
For orders to be shipped to international destinations, DHL
nor Philippine Postal Service standard international rates
and corresponding terms and conditions shall apply. Products
requiring special handling Shewalk wedge sandals may charge
an additional cost for crating and special handling. We shall
notify the customer by e-mail should any additional charges
arise prior to shipping the items.
