How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order just by viewing the
sandal/s and click the "ADD TO CART". You can also
review your orders by clicking the shopping cart
icon on the upper right side of the page. When you're
done selecting your favorite sandals, click "CHECK
OUT".
Please provide your complete contact information
including your e-mail. We will send you a confirmation
email followed by an invoice for the payment through
our PAYPAL account.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, international orders are paid through Pay pal,
Visa, Master Card or Bank account. Complete address
and telephone
number verification is necessary before orders are
shipped. Recipient is responsible for all duties,
custom’s
charges and taxes. Total shipping cost will be calculated
at order processing.
What payment methods do you accept? You can pay us through PAYPAL, VISA, Mastercard,
American Express or by Bank Account. All your payments
are handled by our secure PAYPAL account.
What is your Return and exchange
policy?
We gladly accept returns of unworn or defective merchandise.
Please contact us. Exchanges may be made within 21
days of receipt of product.
PLEASE NOTE: Shewalk tropical sandals
reserves the right to deny any return if it is determined
that the returned
item has been worn or damaged. If a return is denied,
it will be returned to the customer and all return
shipping
costs will be charged to their account.
What international
sizes do you offer?
Please see chart for your size conversion. Convert
your shoe sizes to American before ordering.
Do you accept
custom orders?
Yes, however there will be additional charges for the
labor and materials. Please do contact us for your
adjustments.
We will send you a quotation within 7 days.
How do I know my order status and tracking?
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed
your order provided you’ve sent us a valid
e-mail address. The first e-mail should arrive within
approximately
48
hours and confirms that your order has been received
(includes order confirmation number). The second
e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours
following
authorization of your credit card and verification
of your information and confirms that your order
has been
shipped (includes tracking information and instructions).
Locate
your tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming
that your order has been shipped. Copy and paste
the number in the tracking number box at www.fedex.com
Please note it may take 24 hours before tracking information
appears on the carrier’s web site.
What if an item
is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and
satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain
items.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will
know through email invoice. Please check back regularly
to
see if your item has become available.
How do I clean
my shewalk?
1.)Use damp cloth to wipe away excess dirt.
2.)Rinse the fibers with water
3.)Use toothbrush w/ ample amount of soap (toothpaste
is more effective) to gently scrub away deeply seated
dirt.
4.)Wipe it dry with towel
